We traveled from Texas and booked Sunday until Friday and he messaged telling us place would not be ready on the same day as booking. Even though I obliged to try and make it work he sends me an invoice for higher amount than what was even reserved. As of now I have not received any indication of getting a refund. Please stay clear of this place and its owners "

"This place was a bit rundown but for the price, we were not disappointed. It’s an upstairs apartment with a pretty rickety railing. It was clean except for the carpet. The double size bed was like an old fashioned featherbed, soft which I liked. Scott, the owner, was nice and texted right back when we needed something. It was a great location for our time at the NCFolkFest and other downtown wanderings. (Loved Greensboro’s Historical Museum, a must go see!)"
