"Unfortunately there was a leak from the toilet in our room which we reported but it wasn’t fixed and we’re were not offered another room ! Breakfast day 1 was very good but on the subsequent 3 mornings it was disappointing! However, the ambience on the hotel was relaxed and staff were all very polite and nice. "We stayed one night before departing on a cruise. Nice room, actually a studio apartment, was more than we needed. Quiet at night and.comfortable bed. Café was under renovation, but the White Star Cafe is two blocks away and great for lunch and breakfast. Plenty of historical sights to see within walking distance."

"Beautifully clean, smelt lovely throughout, comfy bed, fresh cosy linen/ duvet. Heating very good. All kitchen ware spot on. Thank you for a lovely stay. In the write up with Vrbo ( when you click on bedroom photo) it says to bring your own bedding.. but thankfully didn’t have to. "
