"I booked 2 rooms , 1 of them for my 17 yr old granddaughter, i did ask if we could have rooms close , but 1 was on the top one was on the ground floor , when we walked into my granddaughters it smelt wonderful and was nice and clean , but when we went up to ours it smelt of stale cigarettes, was awful i opened both windows , the shower made such a awful noisy, the quilts were made for summer so we all were so very cold , i was very disappointed, was ok for the one night , if we were staying...

"Got here a little late, hotels.com didn't offer instructions on how to check in, but the owner/manager? Came right away and helped me to my room. Very nice guy, explained how everything worked.
