It's a straight 25-minute walk to downtown which - considering we were there for Nights of Lights - is about 3x faster than driving.The host was communicative and friendly. "The property was in a great location walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed the local charm and the house worked out great! Would not recommend downtown St. Augustine this time of year though. It was super busy and traffic is a disaster getting into town. Weekdays may be better. We had many options for dining and a Publix right there of the causeway. The property manager Michael was a pleasure to deal with and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable!"
