"This is a great location for downtown Allentown, you can walk to a lot of places. We felt safe in the neighborhood and had no problems with moving in or out of the house. The rooms are big, so there is plenty of space. It is an older home, so the steps are squeaky and there are other minor old house details. We love older homes and found it charming in many ways. "The home is located right near the main trail! You could walk into town if you wanted to! The home is beautifully designed. Our favorite parts were the hot tub and the living room. The fireplace is so quaint and we used it every morning and night. The home was incredibly clean and organized. The owner was so helpful. We felt safe and secure during our stay. "

"This is a quiet lovely home in a wooded development with a great back yard area about 15 minutes from historical Jim Thorpe, PA. We were visiting to enjoy fall foliage and to bike the Lehigh River Gorge. It was a great place to stay away from the huge crowds of downtown Jim Thorpe. The home was large so we never used the 2nd floor bedroom space, or the basement family room.... great areas for a larger group. "Picked this house because I needed to have a dog travel with me. Inside is nice. Outside and neighborhood, not ideal. Grass was so long my dog wouldn’t walk in it. "The house has lots of space and is set up nicely for large gatherings. We were there for a rehearsal dinner and wedding in the Stroudsburg area so we really didn’t spend much time in the house. It was in a wonderful location not far from Lehigh University, where we attended a family wedding. I will definitely tell people about my wonderful Stay there while I was visiting my hometown of Allentown. This was a definite plus all the way around.
