"Booked 3 night stay, arrived to a property that looks to be in disrepair. Rubbish in the garden and overgrown. Opened the door to the accommodation and was immediately floored by the overpowering smell of cigarette smoke. 10mins of being inside the property my clothes stank of cigarettes. "We received no communication from the owner of how to access the property. We were standing outside and had to contact VRBO support. The house is in an awful area, the garden hasn't been mown in years and there is trash around the property. We were only provided with two towels for a family and they said that was all we needed. I will never use VRBO again as they don't care about their customers experience."

"Great place to stay with good travel links. Basic but clean and very comfortable! Owner in good communication too. Cooking facilities weren’t the best (oven kept smoking) but informed the owner and they responded quickly to say they would look into it. Thank you!"
