"This property was an absolute dream. Fantastic views of Loch Ness, walking distance to Urquhart Castle, spacious, quiet, peaceful and clean. It was a bit difficult to find for the first time in the dark as it gets quite dark in Scotland, but that was more due to my unfamiliarity with the area than the instructions that were given. I would still recommend trying to arrive with light left in the day because the view of Loch Ness is nothing short of spectacular. I highly recommend this property and...

"The house was fantastic; we really enjoyed staying here. It was great to light a fire and play card games in the living room while it was freezing cold and snowing outside. The view was awesome. We had a little trouble finding the place in the dark, with signs covered in snow. Maps sent us a couple houses down, but it was a fantastic place to stay. "

Veronica was a communicative and helpful host from the get go and really went the extra mile by putting up some Christmas decorations up for us before we arrived. The cottage is just a little bit down the road from Beauly, so it's easy to get to as long as you have a car. The cottage itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything you'd need.
