"What a treat to enjoy such a peaceful place in nature with deer and turkeys running around each day. The birds were also amazing. "This cottage could not be more welcoming. The decor, cleanliness, and "farmhouse coziness" are unmatched. We lucked out because the trees surrounding the property were in full autumn mode, and it was absolutely gorgeous. We even brought our Rottweiler, and she loved playing catch in the spacious fields surrounding the property. If you have the need for a place to stay in this area, hurry up and book this cottage. "We had a fantastic girls weekend in Alpaca Country. The cottage is decked out in African decor and surrounded by alpaca and horses. It’s very quiet and comfortable. Our host Mary met us and toured the unit and was always willing to help out. "We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. We were 15-20 minutes away from lots of breweries and outdoor dining places yet felt like we were staying in the country. Enjoyed the hot tub and basketball hoop and the fire pit was ready for us when we arrived. Our little dog was welcomed and enjoyed the yard too. Great communication with the owner. There is some noise from the train and road nearby but it did not bother us."

"I was surprised about how on top of the river you feel while viewing it from the porch. I had great weather for my stay and was able to watch two amazing sunsets over the river and mountains in the background. The location is awesome if you want to feel secluded and to enjoy the outdoors. And the cabin itself feels very welcoming and cozy overall."
