We left a bunch of clothes in the hotel room went back the next day to retrieve the items and were told that nothing was found by housekeeping. Then we found out that the room was never reserved by new guests so we thought what we left there should still be there but NO. We will never stay at this property again

Check-in was speedy, staff pleasant, the room was mostly clean with the exception of a pill on the floor which leads me to believe it was thoroughly cleaned. The elevator had a pleasant and welcoming smell. Disliked dog poo on the walkways and the check out process. Didn’t have the option to check out via app.
