"Stayed with husband and 3 teens. This villa is so spacious and airy! One of the best places we’ve stayed at! Simon is very helpful and communicative! Easy to find, Simon was already there waiting for us, showed us around. Very well equipped kitchen. Great laundry room. AC in all bedrooms working a dream! The master has windows on 2 sides so we didn’t even require the AC as a lovely breeze came through. All bedrooms have their own en suits plus an extra bathroom/shower room so 4 in total....

"The house is so much larger than the photos make it seem. The house is beautiful and great location if you’re looking to be off the beaten path. We had a car so getting around was no big deal. The kitchen had everything we needed to make food (although we rarely cooked). The pool is a great size. Our kids loved it. When we return we will definitely rent again. Thank you Rick!"

"We stayed at the Belair House in January 2025 for 9 nights. We enjoyed everything about the home. It had all the supplies we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was amazing. Steps that led down to the beach were easily accessible. The area felt safe and directions received by owner to the house were easy to follow. "

The chaise lounges were especially comfortable for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The hosts and property manager, Harriet were always available as needed and Becky was kind enough to extend our stay for a couple hours on day of checkout. "

"Overall we were pleased with the property--it was clean, spacious, spectacular view, beautiful semi-private beach with a nice swimming area. Plenty of dishes, silverware, accessories, cookware, linen, beach towels, etc. Kitchen appliances were nice and worked well, but would recommend anchoring the dishwasher in more fully. "Right on the beach. We had the upper floor and we sat on the deck 90% of the time we were at the property and just stared at the ocean, read, played games, ate meals. It was beautiful. We are snorkelers and the snorkeling was very good right off the beach. Not much live coral but there was an abundance of sea life. Good restaurants a short drive away and a well stocked grocery store in Holetown. Had a car and did day trips to different beaches and sights every day. This is a very nice...

"We have stayed multiple times within the Sunset Crest area in a variety of villas depending on our group size with mixed levels of satisfaction. However, Tina’s villa exceeded all our expectations. I have never stayed in such a clean villa. Kaye the housekeeper has very high standards and is a truly lovely person. The images on the site accurately describe the property. You can walk everywhere. We managed and are 70 plus so very easy access to shops, beach and restaurants. Taxis easily...
