"This property was very clean, modern, quiet and a 5 mins walk to the beach. Smiths reef is about a 10 mins walk and there you will get the best snorkeling! There are many amazing restaurants nearby: Indigo, Marine Room, Rock House, Baci, Mango Reef. All these are within walking distance except for Rock House. The restaurant on site Simone is also good. As well as the little cafe Jammin Gelato - amazing ice cream!! Rock house has the best pizza on the island - according to them - and I must admit...

"Loved the house, well stocked with everything you would need for vacation. Hot tub on site but not full of water, that would have been nice in the evenings. Rooms are sound proof and house has great sonos speakers. Loved our stay! "

"This is a property with several little spots for rent that really used space creatively. The spot we had was so great for what we were looking for. We wanted to sleep, clean up and make a few meals while keeping things affordable. There was a comfortable bed, a tidy cooking space that was stocked with cooking and eating utensils, and very importantly, quiet, air conditioned space. I absolutely recommend this place. "

"Love our stay at Villa Villace! The house was clean, and well located. It was right on the canal, and we went kayaking there. Five minute drive to Grace Bay. Only surprise was the extra cost of the air conditioning. Would definitely stay there again!"
