"Not a lot of parking avail for vehicles that won’t fit under the covered garage but staff made it work. Great location"

"Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room was very clean and in great condition. The cleaning staff was courteous, helpful, and thorough -- exceptional during our stay. Nice shuttle service to the ski lifts. Very convenient to several great places to eat within a block of the hotel. The only 4/5 rating was due to one of two elevators out of service during all three days of our stay, often causing longer waits. Not a huge deal, as things need maintenance from time to time. Another note... If you have a taller vehicle (like one with a cargo box on top for your skis), you might exceed the height limit of the parking garage under the hotel. The parking garage under the library and museum has plenty of height clearance and just a short walk on Main St from the hotel. Thanks to the person at the front desk during out check-in for that advice."

"This lodge is very conveniently located! 2 minutes walk from the supermarket, 5 minutes walk to the gondolas and 2 minutes walk from the village. I highly recommend it!"

"We stayed as a family with a baby who was almost 2 years old. The baby loved the indoor swimming pool. We felt that the hot water pool was very comfortable and we didn't have to worry about catching a cold. The breakfast was also very rich."
