"Fantastic location, close walk to all the shops and restaurants as well as only 2 minutes walk to the slopes and gondolas. The room was clean with lots of amenities. The steam shower was excellent. All staff very friendly. The only issue we found was that the external lighting was just outside our bedroom window and was very bright until about 3.30am. "

"We had an amazing weekend at the Pan Pacific! The accommodations were fantastic, and every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Greg from the maintenance/cleaning team, who truly went above and beyond. We were all set to go to dinner when a sudden downpour hit, and unfortunately, a large group had already taken all the hotel umbrellas. Just as we were considering canceling our reservation, Greg overheard our conversation and—without hesitation—ran to the maintenance room to find us a spare umbrella. His kindness and quick thinking saved our evening, and we couldn't be more grateful! It's that kind of service that makes a stay truly memorable. Thank you to the entire team at Pan Pacific—we'll definitely be back!"
