"The house really is as lovely as it looks in photos. It is small but perfectly sufficient for two people. The property is situated on a quiet street with many lovely independent shops, cafés and pubs nearby. Our host was also very friendly and helpful through the booking and check in process. "We've just returned from an amazing stay in Barn End Cottage. On arrival we were welcomed with some delicious home made scones and locally produced cider which got our trip off to the perfect start. The accomodation itself is gorgeous and has a very traditional cottage style, but comes with all modern amenities plus the added bonus of a gaming room which my daughter loved. "Nice, clean cottage furnished to a high specification which is well of the beaten track. Family friendly with a large communal swimming pool and games room and outside play area. There is a PodPoint 7kw charging post which is charged at a very high price if you want to use it. Consequently, there were at least 4 EV/PHEVs parked on the parking lot but nobody used it."

"I cannot speak highly enough of the property, the hosts and the location, we simply had a fantastic experience. The property was really well appointed, in great condition and super clean. The location is stunning with fantastic views out across Dartmoor and direct access within minutes to some of the best walking in North Dartmoor. Lastly you will find it difficult to receive a warmer welcome and more accommodating hosts anywhere, thank you so much, we will be back ! "

"A home from home with good quality appliances, crockery and towels. The double is on the smaller side and we found the mattress rolled in towards the middle. Lack of ventilation and a blind were other small issues but the pros far outweighed them. The view was stunning. The peace was amazing. The meals we bought were delicious and plentiful! We were overwhelmed with the welcome hamper - it was above and beyond expectations. We definitely recommend and hope to go back."

"I absolutly love the lodges. This was our 2nd year of staying at the Mole. My daughter particularly loves the hot tub. There is plenty of space to walk our dog too and an enclosed area where she can go off lead. Although this year there were a few disappointments. We were not left a doggie goodie bag, even though we had paid for our dog to stay. There were no robes in our lodge which are particularly useful when getting out the hot tub, so we struggled with drying towels for showers and hot tub...
