"Very clean and cozy cabin, super close to Manzanita beach. It had everything we needed. Only drawback was that we weren’t able to get the TV working to watch streaming services or DVD movies. "

"Just 2 adults for a few nights getaway. Great location, easy walk to beach or into town. House is as listed. Nothing fancy but was clean and worked for us. "

"The cottage is great! Clean inside and cozy. Love hearing the ocean from the cottage. The only negative is that it was raining the whole time we were there. Maybe the property manager and learn to control the weather? lol But anyways, it was great! Highly recommend!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was super cozy and well cared for. The vinyl record collection was a huge hit for everyone in the party. Very convenient to downtown."

"The cabins are charming, have all necessary amenities and the hot tub and sauna are great to have. It’s just a couple of minutes to the beach along a quiet street. The cabins could use a thorough cleaning and it was impossible to clean during the stay since there wasn’t a properly working vacuum. There is also no dishwasher, so lots of family dish washing and drying time…Overall a nice stay and the property is fully fenced tho it is in disrepair but it was nice to have the dogs roam the yard."

"Stay was nice, place is small but okay for what we needed. Cleaning fee feels outrageous when there is no dishwasher and you want us to clean and out away all dishes. Probably should rethink. "

"This place is a cute little vacation rental with plenty of room. There was a bit of dog hair but that was mentioned in the ad so we knew ahead of time. No complaints here. Hot tub worked great and the detailed instructions were very helpful. Thank you for the nice stay away. "

"we stayed at the Fernwood House due to heating issues with the Sisters house. it was a nice stay. The only problem was leaking drain pipes under the kitchen sink and we had to wash dishes by hand. We had to use an excessive amount of towels."

"Property was just fine for an inexpensive weekend away. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived. Kitchen utensils, silverware could have been better. I’m sure for most people that’s not a problem as they eat out.I’m not sure it really sleeps six. The pulled out couch is in the sunroom. There is heat out there, but I think it would be breezy."

"While checking in here was easy and I appreciated the reminders about the check-in time and how to get in, that was the only good thing about this experience. I wish I could attach photos, because I am still in shock about how disgusting this rental was/is. There were clumps of dust on the ceiling fan, as well as other indications this place is WELL OVERDUE for a deep clean. Everything was dingy, the fridge was leaking, whoever has been cleaning it has either been sweeping dirt under the beds...

"It was the most perfect little place exactly as described in the listing. It was fully stocked with everything you could think of, wet suits, rain jackets, all sorts of games, so the dishes you need, an abundance of towels, etc. The only partly bad thing was there was a lot of cobwebs all over but it wasn't enough to deter us."

"We loved the quick beach access and convenience of having a fenced yard for small children to safely play. The good: proximity to beach and town, individual apartments for families, bunk beds in a few apartments, a place to gather in one apartment, two picnic tables outside. "The home was lovely and suited our family well. Lots of spaces to spread out with the three levels. I appreciated the updated decor and good kitchen amenities. One suggestion would be to have the heat turned up a bit before an arrival. It was chilly and we had coats on for lots of the first day!One complaint- and I’m not sure what anyone could do about it- There was a very pungent odor mostly near the entry and laundry room. It was VERY nasty and even woke us at night! We thought it was possibly...
