"The property was very clean and the check-in process was very simple. The location is also in a good and safe area of Golden. The rating is based on a couple of issues we had: -We were unable to adjust the temperature on the Google thermostat at all. We called the property management company and they said it was controlled by the owner. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment is very quiet at night, especially considering how busy the neighborhood is. The only alert I would share is that the neighborhood is very dense/urban and quite dirty with lots of homeless. Just to be aware. "
