"A very clean and tidy unit with great location. Walking distance from Markets and Restaurants. The only down side was the heat in the upstairs bedroom was bad even with the fan (which was too noisy to have on all night) The downstairs had heat pump, which was great, but if staying in the Summer be aware you will struggle to sleep upstairs"

"Beautiful villa and would be great if you wanted a quiet weekend away. Not as great for a one night stay as travelers. A bit of a trek to get there and the gravel parking and steep walkway made it VERY difficult for getting suitcases to the villa. My hubby had to carry our 50 suitcases to the unit uphill. Other than that it was a new, beautifully decorated little unit! BTW… we’re in our late 60’s so it might not matter to younger guests."

"What a beautiful place, these villas are an easy 5 star with such a beautiful job done to make every aspect feel luxurious and cozy at the same time. Magnificent sunrise to wake up to. Thank you, we would love to stay again next time we are up this way.."

"What an incredible gem! We loved our stay, our kereru-obsessed toddler especially enjoyed it. Very peaceful spot with everything you need - including great toys and a high chair. We would love to come back again, fantastic retreat from the city. "
