Driveway is next to the Marina and house backs on to boat parking area where kids can ride bikes, skate and play cricket etc. Situated right next to boat launching spot and just a short walk to the wharf, surf breaks, supermarket, restaurants and town.
Everything in the house is brand new and clean.
