"Although not on the sea front or with sea views, it is well located and both are only a short walk away, (as are Greenhill Gardens) or there is a bus stop almost outside if required. The on-site parking a real bonus. Although we did not use the leisure facilities, they seemed popular, and inviting. "Nice welcome by staff/ owner. Room wasn’t cleaned properly. The en-suite bathroom had a very bad smell of mould. Was told on arrival that there were no housekeeping services anymore. I had to ask for towels as none were left in the room and when I received it, it had tooth paste on it. States free parking, this is not true all streets around the lodge are permit parking only, so had to use a car park and pay and walk back to the lodge. Property is very tired and could do with a good clean and...
