This spacious lodge is the perfect place for large families and groups. There are five separate sleeping areas, and no matter where you choose to lay your head you’re sure to have a great night’s sleep.
The lower level (garage level) of the home has two bedrooms - one with a queen-sized bed and one with a double. Both of these rooms have a view of Gore Mountain in the winter. This level has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, as well as a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer.
The primary suite is on the main level and boasts a luxe king-sized bed, a cozy seating nook, and a private ensuite bathroom with a relaxing soaking tub and a walk-in shower. There is also a half bath located off the main living area on this level.
The upper-level loft houses four twin-sized beds, plus another private bedroom with two double beds.

The open concept on the main floor makes it easy to hang out as one large group. The full kitchen is sure to please the designated chef of your group, with sleek granite countertops, modern stainless steel appliances, and all the basic cookware to whip up your favorite meals. There is even an extra beverage refrigerator to keep your drinks cold. There is bar seating available at the kitchen counter for three, plus a large dining table with seating for 10-12.
The cozy living room space is flanked by a wall of two-story windows, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful views of the nature that surrounds the cabin. This area is perfect for relaxing after a long day, so make yourselves at home as you curl up on one of the comfy sofas and stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV. You could also borrow a book, puzzle, or board game from our collection! The large stone fireplace is perfect for warming up the cabin during chilly winter evenings.

There is a large wraparound deck off the main level with several outdoor seating options and a gas grill (available seasonally). There is also a grassy area with a massive fire pit and plenty of space for yard games. The grassy area is fenced in, so feel free to bring your four-legged friends along!
Once you’re ready to get out and explore, there are tons of outdoor activities located nearby. In the summer you can swim, fish, boat, raft, hike, zip line, rail bike, or enjoy amusement parks, natural attractions, and museums. Nearby winter activities include downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, tubing, ice skating, ice carnivals, and more. The possibilities are endless and this cozy cabin is the perfect base for the whole family to explore them!

Guests will have private access to the entire property, including the stunning outside space, full kitchen, bedrooms, and laundry facilities. Please make yourself at home! Because this is a mountain, regional cell phone service and internet service can be spotty. AT&T and Verizon work best. Wifi is available as high-speed DSL only up to 105 Mbps.
Please remember you are staying in our home, not a hotel. Treat our house with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
Free parking is available in the heated garage and driveway. Please note that the property is off a town-maintained gravel road and has a gravel private driveway. While both the town and we make every attempt to keep it plowed, sanded, and salted in the winter, snow squalls are common and can quickly cover the drive and road making them slippery. Use of at least one four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended in the winter. Cars can be parked in the lower part of the driveway as long as the driveway is passable.
The gas grill and outdoor fire pit may not be available during the winter months, typically November to April. Please inquire.
House rules acknowledgment, a list of guests, and a copy of the renter's photo id may be required upon booking. In addition, all pets must be approved by the host prior to your stay.
Please pay attention to the cancellation policy. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of an unforeseen cancellation. It is inexpensive and protects your vacation investment.

Because this is a mountain, region cell phone service is spotty. Wifi is available as high speed dsl only. The property is off a town maintained dirt road and has a dirt private driveway. While the town and us make every attempt to keep it plowed, sanded and salted in the winter, snow squalls are common and can quickly cover the drive and road making them slippery. Use of at least one four wheel drive vehicle is recommended. Cars can be parked at the top of the road and you can ferry guests up the short private drive if needed.
Cleaning Fee
A cleaning fee is assessed that allows for 6-7 hours of general cleaning and laundry. 99% of our guest stays are cleaned in that time. Time in excess of that fee will be billed at $50 per hour. Following the checkout procedures generally assures this does not happen but is not a guarantee. This is not a personal housekeeping fee and we ask you to respect our home by following house rules and procedures so we may all enjoy your stay.
