"Tolles und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Alles war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Lage ist für einen sehr ruhigen Urlaub optimal. Leider sind die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten selbst für nur ein paar Frühstücksbrötchen 8 KM in Lemmer entfernt. Bei schönen Wetter eine Runde mit dem Fahrrad bei schlechten Wetter ohne Auto nicht machbar. In Rutten selbst ist außer Ruhe nix. Wir sind aufgrund des Wetters viel Auto gefahren."

"Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem,was benötigt wird.Sehr nah am Deich/Strand gelegen.Stadt Lemmer gut fußläufig zu erreichen.Nette idyllische Innenstadt mit sehr schönen Geschäften und tollen Restaurants. wir waren schon zweimal in Lemmer und werden es sicherlich auch noch mal sein!!😊"

Wir waren in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus untergebracht, es war alles sehr sauber, an den Fenstern in den Schlazimmern war Fliegendraht angebracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und viele schöne Radtouren unternommen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."

"Das Haus liegt hinter einem Restaurant direkt am Wasser. Alles da, was man braucht, sauber und sieht noch sehr neu aus. Vom Restaurantbetrieb bekommt man gar nix mit. Das Boot lag direkt am Steg zur sofortigen Verfügung. Unser Kontakt vor Ort, Herr Vos, war toll. Super sympathisch, hilfsbereit und sofort da, wenn was war. "Positive: Der Außenbereich war schön. Man hatte den ganzen Tag Sonne und konnte auf einer schönen Terrasse sitzen. Auch die gesamte Anlage war gepflegt und angenehm. Allerdings war der Sonnenschirm sehr schwer und musste je nach Sonnenstand umgesetzt werden. Negative: Das Haus war schmuddelig. Es war nur oberflächlich geputzt. Die Fenster waren schmutzig, das Bad war schmutzig (ich habe erstmal das Waschbecken geputzt). Die Dunstabzugshaube hatte eine dicke, gelbe Fettschicht. Die Einrichtung...

"Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr schön, aber es gibt ein paar Kleinigkeiten die sich verbessern können. Zum einen war die Unterkunft nicht ganz sauber, der Badezimmerboden war nicht so sauber und der Teppich im Wohnraum war auch nicht gesaugt es waren Haarbüschel drauf und Flecken drin. Desweiteren ist der Rauchmelder in den letzten 3 Tagen Tagsüber bzw. Nachts ohne einen Grund ausgelöst. Was ein schlafen in der letzten Nacht nicht sehr angenehm machte ,da 3 x der Alarm los ging.
