"We stayed here at the end of our week long trip around FL to have access to the airport. I had rented a wheelchair for the trip and was able to leave it at the front desk for the rental company to pick up. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was immaculate, had a fridge, coffemaker and microwave. Plus several coffee urns and a place to buy snacks in the lobby. They have good food in their on-site restaurant, a full bar and a free shuttle to take you to the nearby Tampa airport. We turned in our rent car just after check in and the shuttle brought my husband back to the hotel. It's a great place to stay."

"Very clean place. Well kept inside and out. Staff was very friendly and interacted with our kids as well. Beautiful balcony views. Huge pool area with three bars. The food was excellent as well. My kids order food to go when we checked out to take with them they loved it so much. Live music at night was nice. We were able to pull up and valet the car as soon as we got there free of charge. They even checked our luggage so the kids can use the pool right away while we waited for our room. 5/5 we will definitely be staying here again. My favorite so far. "

"Firstly, Stephen at front desk was phenomenal from start to finish. He didn’t know it at the time, but I actually re booked a stay at this hotel because of the service he provided along with the staff. Radika and Kevin at the restaurant were incredibly accommodating and were constantly eager to make sure I was doing well. Ada and Michelle at front desk also seemed to always have the right answer when I had an inquiry. In the hospitality industry, I don’t blame some people going through the motions, but when I notice individuals who are consistently friendly, helpful, and always solutions oriented, it makes a huge difference. Definitely book this hotel if it’s available."

"The stay was very nice. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, accommodating, welcoming. Anything we needed, any questions we had, were always taken care of immediately. The room was very clean. Our room was a suite. When we entered, the first room had the sofa bed, coffee table, table with the TV, round table with four chairs and the kitchenette. The second room had the bathroom, king size bed, side tables, closet and dresser. There were several lamps in the room, but, it wasn't as bright as I would have wanted. The only thing that was really disappointing was the low water pressure and amount of time it took to get the water hot enough to take a shower. One of the best things about the hotel was that it was very quiet. We did not hear any noise outside our room. We also loved the beautiful garden area in the middle of the hotel and loved that we would exit our room and be able to look down at the view of the garden area and restaurant. We had breakfast in the restaurant. The prices were great and so was the food. Parking is an extra $12.00 per day, and the parking lot is limited. We loved how close the hotel was to the airport. It was also minutes away from West Shore Mall, which had many great stores and plenty of restaurants to choose from, and Publix was right across the street from the mall. We visited for a wedding, so we did not do any sight-seeing, so can't comment on that. "
