"We celebrated a WVU graduation driving a good distance and arriving late evening. It was pleasant to arrive at this clean and comfortable rental property dealing with zero issues. The fenced yard was very convenient for our 11 year old lab. Beautiful kitchen and hot tub was a bonus. "

"Stayed for a few nights. Best part about the stay was the host! Super accommodating and easy to communicate with when the lock app wasn’t playing nice. Listing pictures are accurate, though the paint is pulling away in the master bath. Overall very tidy and well kept. Don’t forget to bring a bottle opener though! We couldn’t find one. "We loved it, we had 2 married couples in town for an event and we enjoyed it so much. Very, very spacious. Beds are comfy - everything you need. Coffee, even bath supplies which we didn't need - all was very nice in a historical building. "

"Outside was a bit dated but inside was clean and spacious. No dining table but folding table in the closet was helpful. Walkable to downtown "

"We stayed at this property for the WVU vs. PSU game. Great stay but bad outcome for the game- The location was perfect, the host Jennifer could Not have been any more accommodating. The house was clean, comfortable and made fit our group perfectly. We will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommended! "

"Loved the house, will definitely stay there again in warmer weather. We were there after snow in area and roads around house were ice covered and hard to navigate. "

"It is a super cute apartment with just about everything you can ask for. The place was clean and even though you are downtown, wasn't super loud. Perfect for 5-6 people to stay. My only complaint was there wasn't great seating in the seating area. When we played card games that were offered in the apartment, we had to sit on the floor. But overall, I am really pleased and would stay here again. The owners are super helpful and responsive."

"This quiet little house is right by trails that overlook a reservoir. Everything was clean and fairly newly remodeled. A couple of small things were wrong, the Keurig had a part missing and the ironing board didn't stay up properly. In general, though, it was a really great place, not to far from downtown but with a secluded feel."

"We had a great weekend here last weekend. Close to downtown and restaurants. It was also near the trail. The kitchen was fairly sparsely furnished but we were able to make do. The neighborhood was old and seemed a little bit sketchy but I never actually felt unsafe. We will return here again!"

"We stayed 2 nights and were very pleased with everything! From check in to check out we had all that we needed. We loved the game room!! It is about 30 min to Morgantown. We would absolutely stay again for our visits to WVU. "

"Not enough towels and washcloths. Not enough toilet paper with replacements being 1/2 and 1/4 rolls. Refrigerator dripping water on the inside. Lamp halfway up the hill was not working and only could see walk when neighbors porchlight was on. Very dangerous at night. Coffee table in living room was on wheels which rotated easily and was very dangerous for children. Jacuzzi tub looks like it had not been working in years. Had to hold toaster handle down to make toast. No air conditioner in one...
