"Hallmark is more of a party hotel. I was looking forward to having dinner on the roof top over looking the city at sunset, but instead I was met with hookah bar with DJ loud music and a staff looking at me strangely when I asked for food. If partying is your scene, then this is the place for you. It looks like it would be a fun place to party if you did that. "

"My stay was amazing. Staff is friendly and food is good. The only negative point was that i did not have assiatnce with luggage on check out and after a shopping day they did not have a cart to collect all bags and take to the room. Other than that, my stay was very comfortable and i plan to go back. "

"The unit was well furnished and modern, the built-in stuff were great, but the pots, pans and fan wasn't so great. It was fully usable but it had broken handles etc. The management was also very strict, we asked for an additional set of keys and they were initially reluctant to provide one and after that quoted us first R1000, then R500 deposit. It just felt like it was overly strict, rigid and lacking a bit of that human touch which Jo'burg is famous for. Overall still a great place to stay...

"I stayed in this property many times. On the negative hand, the apartments ( 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms in which I stayed in different times ) need renovation in some areas. On the positive hand, the personel is always accommodating and kind, the problem solvers are below and my Oscars go to them. Ms. Tumi Ms. Sisanda Ms. Ivy Ms. Lusanda Ms. Mokhadi Mr. Jeff I stayed 3 weeks this time and I thank you all very much again. "
