"Our family of 5 are old hands at renting in Ludlow for skiing. Every place is unique but this cabin is at the top of the list. We ski our faces off all day (and night, too) and loved staying in this cozy, warm, rustic cabin.Kitchen area is spacious, clean, perfectly arranged and a pleasure to cook in. Living room has a sectional couch, amazingly huge tv, and easy to use pellet stove that makes the whole place cozy and really warms up the loft sleeping area. Regular heat source is a modern split system that worked great.It's a legit log cabin with knotty pine paneling. A large back bedroom has a tall ceiling and lots of windows. Very comfortable bed. Loft has beds for 6, and exposed planking and log framing. Loft ceiling is low so watch your head. The cabin is very open. It's easy to hear everything going on so be prepared to make bedtime quiet time for everyone. Other notes- beautiful decor and flexible lighting - glad for the ski boot dryer- bluetooth speaker was nice to have- good internet speed- lots of games and a dart board- no clothes dryer - prepare to go old school with wet ski stuff- no issues at all with any amenities- extra parking if the driveway needs to be plowed - worked great for our 2 minivans- parking very spacious - nice neighborhood and houses far apart- 5 to 7 minute drive to the mountainHostsBy far the nicest, most gracious hosts I've encountered. Provided detailed instructions and were very easy to communicate with.Loved our stay"
