"A very unique and historically interesting building. Parking outside the hotel was valet service and very safe and secure although navigating Oxford was tricky. Only negative was that Oxford as a city was not very dog friendly. The hotel however was very welcoming "

"Free parking, the room was spacious, comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. Include a fan in the rooms. Heating was on and felt hot in the room after my shower getting dressed for work."

"This hotel genuinely is superb.....would be a 10 out of 10 as everything is extremely impressive, its a beautiful setting, lovely grounds, staff were wonderful...but for 2 points...the Upgraded Delux room we have doesnt have a fridge. Small complaint but you should have one at this price. Secondly the seating (in rooms, the bar and other areas inside open to the public) had the same bizarre (slightly tacky) seats?? The hotel and rooms are adorned with amazing antiques and antique furniture, but the seats just stand out and really didnt fit with the rest of the 'image' the hotel portrays... These 2 issues aside its a 9.8 out of 10 from me, would definitely go back its a fantastic place to stay."
