"Wayside Inn in Ellicott City, MD is a beautiful 18th century home. The owner / host is great. We stayed on the third floor. Even though it is very close to a freeway, we were not bothered by any noise. The food was delicious. Our group of three had a small separate dining room to ourselves. The home is charming and full of period pieces, but bathrooms have been modernized and the beds were very comfortable. This was much more fun than being in a hotel. Definitely worth checking out. "

"The bed and breakfast offered comfortable surroundings where we took advantage of their outside deck to relax by their fireplace for a glass of wine before retiring. They provided a delicious breakfast every morning. Take advantage of the morning history lesson, we learned a good bit that was not communicated on the tour. The staff could not have been friendlier. "My wife and I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at this B&B! It is cute spacious up to date and clean. Mr Boose is very much the host and the breakfasts were 5 star! We were about a mile from the Frederick MD historic and shopping district. We would not hesitate to stay there again if we need overnight accomodations in Frederick!"
