Katia is an amazing host, with passionate knowledge of the Alsace area. Nothing was too much trouble, with a tasty French breakfast each morning. "The Josephine room was amazing. We booked it for a week over Christmas with the goal of having a place where we could hunker down and cook a nice meal on the 24th and 25th. The place was perfect.
