"The staff make this boutique hotel special. Otherwise, it would be just another decent property. You are out in the country, so expect lots of animals and unpaved roads and sidewalks. The beach across the street is downright ugly, but this hotel is lovely and with decent food. Getting here is a nightmare! Do not fly into San Jose, unless you have a flight to Limon, as well."

"Stayed here over Christmas for my 40th birthday and have nothing but good things to say about them. The place was clean and beautiful and the food at the Restaurante Cocorri was phenomenal. But the most memorable part was the way they treated me when I got hurt. I tripped walking up the step and dislocated my pinky. Jeremy (I believe is the manager) drove me to the hospital himself, AND gave me cash for a ride back. ¡Excelentes hospitalidades!"

"What an incredible stay we had at caribe town. The staff was exceptional and the over all vibe was truly what we were looking for. Personable, fun, eccentric, from the people to the food to the amenities to the drinks, classes on property, the pups. The wildlife! You can literally just sit on your porch and have a show. We saw sloths, monkeys, frogs, hummingbirds, lizards beautiful exotic birds. You name it. We never wanted to leave and when we did we wanted to return just as quick as we left....
