"The house is so great, and right in Cahuita, that it was staying in our own little, walkable town. And the air conditioning was key in beating the humid heat! However the best thing might have been Troy, our host. He gave us so many great recommendations for things to do, places to eat, travel tips, all of it. I told him I was vegetarian, and he messaged me about an hour after we had checked in with good spots for vegan/ vegetarian options. He truly goes above and beyond, and can’t recommend this home more strongly."

"Limón has a distinct, authentic vibe which is more relaxed yet still friendly and welcoming. Passersby on the street will say hello and take the time to chat or point out local attractions. It seems like a pricless time capsule to Costa Rica before big tourism arrived. Park Hotel is great. Breakfast is delicious and available early. Gorgeous views of the Limon waterfront area, located in a walkable neighborhood a few blocks from the MEPES/Caribeños bus stations, restaurants, and the city beaches with chill bars to have a beer and interact with the cities residents."
