Bill was $13 higher than what was quoted, with taxes, on reservation. When I called the Aloft in Westerville to track down the problem, I was told, after a wait of several minutes, that this is an “Incidental fee.” Must monitor for bank to return!
It was very nice and very clean.
Westerville overall was great, we did not spend a lot of time there but the City is clean, wayfinding and cleanliness fantastic.
I will never book a room with red roof at Westerville, EVER AGAIN.
