This cozy, modern, clean apartment is the perfect space to recharge, relax, and explore. This apartment is nestled in among 3 other apartments. You are a short walk or even shorter drive from Otterbein Campus and quaint Historic Uptown Westerville's restaurants and shops. This Location is convenient to CMH Airport, Hoover Reservoir, Easton/Polaris/Outlet malls, the Ohio/Erie bike trail. Short drive to OSU, Top Golf, IKEA, and Downtown Columbus.

The space
Filled by natural light and fresh air that matches the light color scheme and comfortable decor. This space has two bedrooms both with queen beds, empty closets, a dresser, and full length mirrors. A spacious bathroom with a shower and tub and a large kitchen with a cozy breakfast nook. Giving couples, friends, business traveler, and families everything they need for an overnight or extended stay. Lovely! Super clean & cute place
We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time leaving our 8 month old overnight, and it was a great experience! Place was clean and inviting! Only complaint is you can hear EVERYTHING. The stairs were loud and we had noisy neighbors who were up all night. Could hear them walking / talking above us and outside our door. Overall loved the place and location!

AMAZING!!
It's such a cute little place, had a little snack basket and many other cute things!! Comfy beds that are pretty decent sizes, and the room's are nice and roomy. Everything was so cleanly and well put together, I recommend this place!!

We loved our stay at this apartment in Westerville. Great place at a very reasonable price per night. Pics & description were spot on. Only Minor problems were: 1. Before arrival was fine, but attempting to talk to owner after arrival to get questions answered via text or vmail were not replied to. I have no idea why since she never replied at any time afterwards. Minor frustration. 2. We only used the microwave for popcorn. It's under powered & should be replaced. It did a terrible job attempting to pop using the popcorn button 3 times in a row to get them popped. Minor issue just needs replaced. 3. Appreciated that there were 2 full-size ice cube trays, but one of the trays was not very usable. So we went to the dollar store, bought 2 more trays & left them there as a gift. Minor issue.

The apartment building, itself isn’t much to look at from the outside as it’s an older structure. But the unit we were in was very clean, beautifully decorated and we had zero issues during our stay. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. A perfect inexpensive nights getaway.

Adorable apartment in a great location
We really enjoyed this spot. It was clean, cozy and comfortable, furnished with everything we needed for the night. Plus it's located perfectly, just south of uptown Westerville and Otterbein University, with super easy access to the 270 outer belt and the rest of the Columbus area.

Loved everything about this apartment! Cozy and quaint decor, quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for walking, minutes from Otterbein University and historic Uptown Westerville with so many great eating options. Love this town. Management is attentive and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again next time I come visit my son at Otterbein!
