"I had an amazing time at Ensana Thermal Hévíz. The hotel is only a short walk from the lake and right next to a lovely park/forest. I had a room overlooking the park and the lake which was nice. The hotel has great facilities, and a large selection of both wellness and medical spa treatments. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. "The lobby was really great, and there is a restaurant inside the hotel that is very nice and had delicious food. However, the rooms were very outdated, even though it looked clean the carpet had some stains. Overall, the hotel is in a great location and it was easy to walk around the downtown area. "

"Great hotel. Great restaurant. Diverse rich choice of dishes. Good fast service, Great room with pastry chef. The only problem: We stayed 21 days, only twice they took out the trash and never had wet cleaning. Really liked it. Will come again"
