5-star review for a 5-star hotel on the shore of Lake Balaton. Most rooms have a small balcony with a lake view so the room configuration is not a rectangle, but there is plenty of room for two people and their luggage. The indoor pool and hot tubs are wonderful, sorry I missed the beer spa with the music! The dinner buffet and the breakfast buffet were magnificent, all of the staff were so courteous. The sunrise view from the balcony was breathtaking and there are walking and biking paved trails around the lakeshore and in the park next door. We would love to return, it was just a wonderful experience!

This hotel is the best in the area. Nice indoor and outdoor pool facilities and jacuzzi. Bfast & dinner buffet included with the room charge, which had a great selection. Game room for kids. This hotel is right on Lake Balaton next to a large park that hosts amazing summer activities and events for the entire family. Highly recommended.

This property is perfectly located on Lake Balaton walking distance to the local park and weekend festivals in the area. The room prices include 2 meals a day in a buffet arrangement, which we highly recommend. The indoor pool & jacuzzi is amazing and great for kids. Best hotel in the area

A LOT of potential to explore
It was very good! The Hotel is very nicely decorated and comfortable. Free parking is a great plus. The Deluxe Room was nothing special, the food was very underwhelming, the staff was ok but not welcoming and they couldn't accomodate to have the room set up with the "lovers (?)" package while we went for dinner. It was either at check-in or nothing. Which doesn't make sense. I was overcharged for bycicles, but after returning to point it out, it was quickly solved and i was refunded. Overall the hotel itself and the amazing location made up for it all. But shame that it had all the potential to be an EXCEPTIONAL stay and it was only "ok". Urgent to improve the food and get more welcoming staff. I will recommend mainly because of the setting.

Modern hotel with great lake-view location
Modern upscale hotel with swiming pool, multiple saunas and lake view balcony. You can rent a bicycles as there is cycling path along the lake (all 220km). Great also for walking outside.

The staff is very kind and friendly. The property is newly refurbished and looks wonderful, elegant, and upscale. Everything is clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable and spacious. There is a nice variety of food that is tasty. However, when redesigning the property, comfort was not in mind. Eg. there is an elevation in the room that is unsafe and the space between the wall and the beds is so tiny one needs to move sideways. The wellness area felt cold, kept at 20 C. As a first timer, I felt lost, it was really difficult to get any information e.g. how something works or where to find it. With special diet, food is limited.

Ich habe kürzlich einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel genossen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, besonders für Strandliebhaber – die Strandliegen und Sonnenschirme sind kostenlos, was den Aufenthalt noch entspannter macht. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr großzügig gestaltet und bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen, alles in einem modernen und ansprechenden Ambiente. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr modern und stilvoll, was zu einem rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt beigetragen hat. Zudem ist das Hotel sehr ruhig, perfekt für alle, die einfach mal abschalten möchten. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt betrifft allerdings den Zimmerservice. Die Reinigungskräfte kamen zu sehr unterschiedlichen Zeiten, was teilweise unpraktisch war, und leider war die Reinigung nicht immer so gründlich, wie ich es mir gewünscht hätte. Trotzdem würde ich dieses Hotel aufgrund der tollen Ausstattung und der entspannten Atmosphäre jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
