"JW Marriott Juhu is a lovely property. We love its pool area, and its dining area. It is very open and inviting. The food was good. We especially liked the restaurant Saffron inside the hotel. The highlight our meal in Saffron was the perfectly spiced and super delicious Saag(which is made with five different greens). The second delicious item was the dessert called Chenna. "I stayed at Leela as well and that hotel was so much cleaner than this one. There were used vessels to be cleaned everywhere, lack of attention to detail, some rich wedding seemed to be the focus of everyone there. "

"All in all we were happy with our stay. The room was well equipped and comfortable. My main problem was that they took a 15,000.00rp payment as security from my credit card and don’t refund it for 3-4 weeks. Normal practice would be to just place a hold on the credit card. "

"Excellent location, old school charms overlooking the ocean, great views. Good in house dining options. Helpful and friendly staff. However, small lift that could barely fit 2 people with luggage. A bit dated but clean. Depending on how much I paid, good value for money. "

"Great new building in excellent condition - apartment was very clean and decorated tastefully with AC/fan in every room, Netflix-enabled Smart TVs, and very nice beds to sleep. Loknat was very helpful and understood and necessary English and also provided us with whatever we asked for."

"I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall."

"My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

It was one of the best milk-based desserts that we have ever tasted anywhere in India. The texture and the flavor in it were exquisite and its delicate sweetness was a chef's kiss. We also enjoyed the really warm hospitality and attention of the Saffron staff who served us. Special shout out to Suraj in Saffron."
