"The JW Marriot Sahara is one of the finest hotels we have experienced on our Round the World trip! While the traffic in Mumbai is crazy crowded the Concerige arranged for our airport pickup and transportation each day! The staff was courteous and always eager to help in any and every way! "I stayed at Leela as well and that hotel was so much cleaner than this one. There were used vessels to be cleaned everywhere, lack of attention to detail, some rich wedding seemed to be the focus of everyone there. "

"Over all the property is very nice. Location is good due to the nearness to the Mumbai international airport. The approach road to the property always seems to be under construction. Also the stairs at the property do not have any contrast making it a trip/fall hazard. Especially for people with low vision."

"I stayed at the courtyard Marriott whilst on business for 4 days. All the staff have been so well trained from the receptionists to the cleaners. Most impressive were the front of house team and the chefs at the Momo cafe. The food was really good and in particular chef Tej, chef Neha, Amisha and Hardik went over and above to make you feel very welcome and at home."

"The very first day early morning something suspicious happened someone was just hitting very hard on the wall we heard someone was screaming and we heard the glass breaking we all 4 people were terrified & shocked when we tried to call the desk nobody responded & when I called the manager on his whatsup number then the front desk people came up & the reason of such nuisances they gave was totally not acceptable I personally won’t ever come back to this property again "

"As a tourist, the pictures didn't match the apartment we got. I reached the apartment at 2am and had sent a message prior to arriving that I will be coming at that time and hence to have the room ready, but alas.. they were super confused of my arrival and took 30min to give me a quite dirty room. We stayed for 5 days and we had an overflowed toilet, drainage smell in 1 of the sinks, the door that had to be broken to enter, no replacement of towels after cleaning the room, no hair dryer after...
