"Our family enjoyed staying here as we came from different states for a wedding. It allowed some of us to stay together and visit longer and the home was perfect for that. The amenities were generous and the home was very clean. It has everything you need for your stay. The location was peaceful and relaxing with beautiful grounds to walk around. "

"Our family had Thanksgiving in this beautiful old house. There was plenty of room for everyone to play . The parking was adequate, bedrooms were very large with deep walk-in closets. The children’s room upstairs was a hit with the TV, whiteboard, employee area."

"The house was big and beautiful! Very easy to check in and the manager was great getting back to me when I had questions. the kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Hot tub was nice. Loved the gas stove in the living room for heat. The kids (and adults) loved watching the birds at the feeder. The only thing we would change is having a tv in the living room. When grandsons wanted to watch tv, someone had to be in the basement with them. So then the family was separated. But maybe...

"We stayed because property is between IA State Fair, and our extended family in Minburn. Kids/Grandkids came down from Twin Cities and we from Chicago. Adel is a nice town and property is convenient in a nice neighborhood. Home is large and comfortable, property from 1930's? All appliances and kitchen and beds were in good shape. (Appreciated the A/C)! We had to work out some issues with the owner, but she responded quickly and appropriately. We all had a great time."
