"Lots of ice on the sidewalk and I slipped and mentioned it to the desk gal they needed to address that back entrance….they didn’t. Jacuzzi and laundry services were not working. Otherwise, room was clean, bed was comfortable, I would stay there again. "

"We were on a road trip and this hotel had the best staff. Ginny was the best and was so helpful with everything. She made our stay great! We got there early and she got us a room within 20 minutes which was appreciated after a 12 hour drive. She was also helpful in helping us navigate the area as well. Thank you so much!!"

"(Standard king room) Staff was pleasant, accommodated my ESA dog (waived pet fee w/ documents), property is a little dated but well kept, large tv w/ cable channels, mid size fridge & microwave, if staying longer I'd opt for king suite."
