I requested a kitchenette in room, dinning area had no heat and it was freezing. The room next door has a large dog, that barked all nite and at every move it bark. I notified clerk and she said he's booked til 27, she had no other rooms available. Cleaning staff not on duty. No hot tub working. Room was cozy and comfortable
