"The hotel was clean and appealing. It is close to downtown, within walking distance. The room was also nice. The heating system in the room wasn’t the best. The temperature was hard to control and the unit was blowing the air directly across the 2nd queen bed in the room. We had to use pillows to block the air so we could sleep. "

"The property, room, and parking were fantastic. Our only less than excellent experience was with the front desk employee. He did the job, but wasn't friendly or helpful. He acted like we were inconveniencing him when we had simple questions like where our rooms were located."

Amway Grand Plaza, Curio Collection by Hilton

"It was such a treat that the hotel is located next to the river. The river walk was perfect for walking our two fifteen-pound dogs. The Wolfgang Puck Restaurant ( located on the first floor) was phenomenal ( food and wait staff). Our room was spotless and comfortable. The river view was amazing. The entire hotel staff was friendly, polite, and accommodating. All our needs and requirements were met. We left the Amway Grand Plaza, Curio Collection by Hilton extremely satisfied. "
