"The room could use some updating and the heat was turned off in the room when we got there, so it was freezing cold. Thank goodness we had a fireplace room. Overall the staff was extremely friendly. Great breakfast. Nice location. "

"The overall stay was amazing! Very friendly staff who are there to help with any need that may arise. The rooms are spacious and very cleanly. The only downside I'd say there was is the rooms did not have microwaves. "

"We stopped in unexpectedly and booked through hotels.com. They were accommodating of my dog who wasn’t on my reservation and gave us a room that made it easy to let her out. We ordered pizza and they offered to bring it to our room since we had our hands full with a grumpy toddler and newborn. They were so kind and we will definitely be staying here again. "

"A kitchen staff person was very rude with us. He was condescending in correcting one of our minor action around the dining area. This kitchen personnel needs more training when it comes to customer relations. I am very disappointed."
