"Great stay for families"

"Booked a classic cottage for myself and 7yr old. Very clean and comfortable. Sauna was great for drying wet clothes. Underheated floor in bathroom. Beds comfy. Kitchenette handy. I'd swap the coffee machine for a toaster though. Eateries nearby are very expensive. Breakfast was ok but no baked beans or hash browns. Not much choice for vegetarians. Excellent xmas activities for kids like santa, mrs claus, skidoos. But the kids' favourite thing was the 'accidentally made' ice slide near the arctic circle playground. Great fun and totally free. "

"Absolutely outstanding staff. Every single employee was kind, courteous, and willing to help with any guest needs. Sandra went out of her way to help my co-worker find his lost phone which had been turned in to Tampere lost and found. I will be staying here again and recommending it to co-workers who travel to Finland on business. "

"A great location to explore Turku, right in the middle of everything. Nice room with a good bathroom, everything spotless. Excellent breakfast at a nearby cafe, nicer than the usual tired buffet fare. The cards to the local gym and the Polaroid camera were nice touches. The only real complaint was the temporary lack of an elevator. I realize it could hardly have been avoided but better communication (any communicarion) about the issue beforehand and an attempt to put us on a lower floor would have been nice as the repeated trek to the sixth floor (122 steps) was not fun. But apart from that, quite brilliant."
