"Levi Hotel Spa is excellent in every way. The bus from Kittilä Airport stops right in front of the hotel. Every room is a short distance to the hotel’s Water World, as well as the slopes, dining, shopping. My junior suite had an in room sauna! On a personal note I left my backpack on the shuttle bus from the airport. The front desk helped to arrange drop off while I was on the slopes. All staffers of the hotel were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone thinking about visiting Levi. "

"Staff were extremely helpful to me and addressed any issues or troubles I had especially with parking because I wasn’t sure where to go but the night shift guided me through everything on checkin and pointed areas out that I would like I didn’t try the breakfast or lunch so not sure how it is but everything else is great at their hotel I plan on staying again"

"Loved the location a little away from the town center and up high for a great overview! Breakfast was amazing and Natalya serviced it so well and with a sweet smile! Our room was cleaned and we appreciated Tanya for her special attention to our hot chocolate…thank you. Katja and Outi at the front desk were a delight, smiling and very helpful. We also appreciated the laundry service available. It was off season and everything was delightful. Gondola, ski slopes, Northern Lights and much more. "
