"It was quiet and the kitchen in the suite was equipped for our needs. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. On the Friday, the manager came around during the breakfast to ask questions about our stay, which I found as a unique approach. However, the hotel was hosting a group of people that were displaced by a fire on Saturday and the breakfast staffing was short and ran off their feet... I didn't see a manager on-site then or additional staff there that could help. I feel like this led...

"Staff were excellent! Great location being close to west Edmonton mall. Ample parking space. Dining options were great! Buffet breakfast in the restaurant had a great selection. We also stopped in at the lounge for a couple of drinks and dessert - friendly staff and quick service. Only suggestion would be to consider adding more weights to the gym. "
