"Awesome welcome from Emma on reception. Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. Our room was reached from outside - not sure how secure it is. Room was clean - stairway less so. Damp smell in bathroom and shower was either very hot or cold! Should be a TV in the bedroom. The “strictly” element of the signs outside is not terribly welcoming We will stay here again - mainly because of the location and the staff"

"We arrived and were met by a lovely lady who was very informative and made us feel really welcome which was great. Breakfast was really good and Terry in the morning was great and chatty. Room was very clean and large ( we did get a superior double). All of the staff were great and nothing was too much trouble and the knowledge of the area was a blessing. The main lampshade was a large 'white' feather arrangement which looked filthy, had cobweb coming off it.The bed was fairly comfortable & bedding was clean.
