"Easy Checkin, clean and spacious 3 level townhome. Reverse layout with bedrooms on bottom floor took getting used to but not an issue. People next door were a little loud at night so walls must be thin but they quieted without us having to complain. About 15-20 minute walk to town or short car ride if can find parking. Enjoyed our stay and 2 car parking eas a bonus. "

"The condominium was very nice as described. However a few glitches at check-in: no keys in the lockbox so it involved a few phone calls including with VRBO customer service-finally fount them in another unit's lock box and the information sheet provided by VRBO had errors-no contact phone number for the owner of the unit and and incorrect password for WIFI, which the owner also had to communicate. Human errors do happen, but these two were rather critical ones."

The property was very clean with two great bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a pullout couch that could have accommodated two additional guests. The property was perfect for our group of 3. "We loved our stay. Although it's in the middle of what's probably one of the busiest & areas in Newport, the location was great for us. We could walk to lots of the sites & restaurants. For the mansions & cliff walk we took the free trolley that's main hub is in walking distance of the Inn. The trolley goes to lots of the points of interest in town. Staff was great. Room had everything we needed. The rooftop deck is great to sit (possible with an adult beverage) & watch the harbor, boats, sunset...

"This property is perfect for a visit to Newport. The upstairs includes a bedroom (king bed), full bathroom and loft (with couch). The downstairs has two bedrooms (each with a king bed), 2 full bathrooms, kitchen (just needs a teapot), dining room and living room. Everything was clean. Included parking was close by. Everything was very well managed. Can walk to essentially all Newport has to offer."
