We had a very nice time at Irish Hill. The property was well maintained and comfortable. We did have some challenges checking in due to an unforseen emergency with the cleaning crew, but the Property Manager, Julia, was very helpful and communicative in the process.

Beautiful cabin, very well supplied.
Beautiful, private property. One of the first places we've stayed that had plenty of paper goods, soap, kitchen utensils, etc. The bathrooms were small but clean. The area rugs had not been vacuumed before we arrived, however, and there was a lot of dog hair. Everything worked well except the clothes washer, which took several hours to fill with cold water. Overall, a very comfortable stay for our family of 5.

Decent Location
This is a cozy home with a nice 2 story layout and a loft. Both bedrooms have their own little fireplace, which is a nice added touch. There was ample cookware and the beds were cozy. If you're traveling here in the winter it's best to have all wheel drive. We didn't, and had quite the time on their somewhat steep drive. The hot tub wasn't working properly so we weren't able to use that all weekend despite the owner having it serviced days prior to our arrival. The owner was responsive to our outreach when we needed assistance.

A lovely cozy cabin tucked away in the woods enough to feel very private, but close enough to Ellicottville to quickly and easily access everything there is to offer (about a 9 minute drive). Cabin is well appointed for everything you'll need for your stay

Secluded
Great place the is off the beaten trail. Lovely view during the Fall. Felt like you were sleeping in the forest with the tall and large windows surrounding the bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for us
Owner was very responsive to our limited questions. Property was as advertised. Hot tub and wood burning stove nice features that worked properly. Instructions easy to understand and accurate. Seems remote and secluded, but only a short drive to both Holimont and Holiday Valley. We skied both.

Great House for a Weeknd Getaway
My fiance and several friends of ours spent the long Martin Luther King Day weekend at this property in West Valley. The house is well appointed and slept all five of us comfortably (two couples, one single) and we even had a bedroom to spare. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing in Ellicottville, and the wood burning fireplace in the dining room/kitchen area added nice warmth and ambiance. There are enough utensils/supplies in the house to cook, which was a plus for us (plates, silverware, pots/pans, baking dishes). We got 18" of snow between 8pm Sunday night and Monday morning, but the plow service came by in the morning and we were able to get out just fine.

Xmas Ski Trip
Xmas ski trip with family. Great place to stay and the hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

This was the perfect getaway spot! It was so close to everything we needed. Unfortunately the weather was no good to go to holiday valley but we made the most of it by looking at the recommendations from the house book. We had everything we needed in the house upon arrival. Everything was perfect! Will keep this house in mind for future trips to NY!!

Army buddies get away
My 3 army pals and I get away once a year for Veterans day. This year was the 'cabin in the woods' idea. The place was clean, as described and perfect for us. We went to town, enjoyed the local beer, soaked in the hot tub, laughed and it even started to snow, first of the year, While we were in the hot tub. Great place. Thanks.

The location of this house worked out great for our weekend away. Clean, comfortable & well stocked. Enough lawn to play lawn games, great decks, hot tub & firepit! Just a short drive to Ellicottville. We had a wonderful & peaceful weekend!

Amazing Property!!
Me and a few of my friends staid here for a few nights and absolutely loved it! The inside and outside of the property was amazing! AC units in every room and and the house was situated deep in the woods. Definitely a private getaway!! We loved it!!

Great Stay!
We loved Irish Hill! Great location and such a cute property. Two small things were there were quite a few ants in the kitchen and had a little hiccup with the hot tub being too cold and a film around the waterline, but were still able to use the next day once it heated up. Julia was so quick with the communication which was great! Overall great stay and would love to go back!

An Irish family stays at Irish Hill
The home is cozy, comfortable, clean and welcoming. Peaceful view. Hot tub was a real treat. (Bring towels) Local ski conditions were super for our adult son. Only hiccup was that long driveway and walking conditions were icy and the salt bucket on the porch was empty. Easily resolved with a trip to Tops down the road. Happy that shops were open on a March Monday. Owner was very attentive to communication before and during rental.
