The beds are very firm and the king bedroom is on the complete opposite side of the space from the bathroom. You can hear some foot steps and running/draining water from the owners main level however it’s quiet in the evening. "It's a full basement apartment. The 3 TVs were very good, though no local Over the Air or Cable. Washer Dryer very capacious, and in excellent condition. Excellent Air Conditioning, Family upstairs very nice. The single bathroom is quite small but adequate. "There are metal steps up to the apartment.The property description did not include that the only way to the apartment was to use these stairs. I could not get my dog up the stairs without tearing her feet. When I arrived I immediately notified the owner that I could not stay there. When I asked for a full refund, He did not give me one. I have sent several other messages about why I deserve a full refund. He has ignored these messages. I will not use this host again."
