"Normally, I rent a large house with two or three couples; but this year we decided to take a last minute trip to MV for the Labor Day (2024) weekend. I was pleased to find a place at such short notice and at a reasonable price. This place did not disappoint! It is brand new, had everything that we needed; including a washer and dryer, beach chairs, and linens. We were close to downtown Vineyard Haven. The listing is accurate - if you want to cook meals, keep in mind that there is no stove, hot-plate, or toaster, so it worked for us for a weekend (although would have loved a toaster!) "Loved the location. Great spot. Hard to find at night, make sure you don’t use Waze as you’ll get misdirected. Kitchen is well appointed but there aren’t any leftover food supplies like coffee or sugar, so make sure you grab your own. You may need to bring an extra towel or two.
