"This space is as noted and just a sweet spot! We appreciated the acoustic nature of the room as we played and recorded some music . Our main attraction was Hozier at SPAC and this was a great place to land after the show! Thank you helping with the chemical smell I do recommend unscented laundry soap and more natural cleaning projects!"

"We arrived and didnt know what to expect. Everyone proceeded to choose the room that seemed to just fit. We enjoyed the opportunity to sit fireside and plan our days and even had a cook out. Nobody had any complaint about the house. If it were my property i would suggest a no shoes policy. I cant think of any other place i would prefer to stay . It was safe, the neighbors were very nice and our host was the best. Thank you for everything."

"We had such a nice weekend at this beautiful home! The location was great, there were awesome views, and Marc was a very kind, courteous host! He was very easy to get ahold of if we had any questions. The hot tub was very relaxing and spacious. Also, it had all of the necessities. "We loved our stay over Memorial Day weekend. We were three families and fit well in the home with 6 adults, 8 teens and 1 child. Kids loved the pool (it's on the cool side with no heater). The landscaping on the property is so gorgeous. The home itself is very comfortable with many places to spend time together - our favorite is the screened in porch. The two master suites is neat with each having two bedroom spaces per suite. It would be great with a family who wants to have young children...

"If you're looking for a beautiful and spacious rental smack dab in the middle of amazing, bucolic Columbia County this is the place. Our largish group of adults and a preteen had so much fun in this wonderfully appointed home. Spotless and quiet, with a great hot tub and deck with pool. We had a small mixup with finding the home (totally our fault) and the host was incredibly responsive and helped get us on track. Couldnt be happier with our stay."

"Our trip to Albany included parents, grandparents, young kids, and a toddler. The house is well- laid out and looks recently updated. There are toys for young kids, plenty of kitchenware, linens, and towels. The beds are comfortable and the hot water stayed hot. Very good vacation spot."

"We stayed at this property for two weeks at the end of April and everything went smoothly. On arrival the house had all essentials we needed, the house was clean and the neighborhood is definitely quiet. The only issue we encountered were a couple of lightbulbs out and a quick text to the owner solved that problem the next day with a delivery of replacements. Our pet was with us for half our stay, and the yard was perfect for her to run and play. The fence was secure and she had lots of room to...

Great size room and nice pool and hot tub
"Beautiful hotel with a nice pool and hot tub. Front desk employee was excellent and even gave a gift bag at time of check in which no other hotel does. Nice to have a water after a long drive. Only issue is no towels in the pool and I even told the front desk and the following day zero towels. Few broken things in the hotel like one of the doors by my car so i had to walk around. Door had a note on it explaining it was broken but how long does it take to fix a door? Room was great and large for the price. Mold in the shower so no towels and room could of been cleaned better so definatly a house keeping issue. "
