"Very cozy, nice decor, clean and a beautiful view with majestic eagles flying over the water. The kitchen is stocked with most any pot, pan or utensil you would need to cook a meal or there are restaurants and a grocery store within 15 minutes. It was cold outside and took us a while to figure out to keep the bedrooms and the bathroom doors closed (they run cool) to warm up the living room and kitchen and then it was great. "We found this property to fit our needs perfectly. Close proximity to Urbana, Irvington and Kilmarnock. The older home, on the Rappahannock River had been refurbished for today’s needs but retained some fun, and not so fun quirks! Nothing too serious… the water stream in the shower returned after the system built pressure back up.. Would return."
